Traditional Vinyasa

A traditional sequence that starts with sun salutations, moves into standing poses and finishes with seated poses. It includes widely-practiced foundational poses to provide an important base before exploring other poses or variations.  

Chest & Shoulder Opener

A chest and shoulder opening sequence. For many students, these poses help them connect to sensations of self-love, emotional release and the heart chakra. 

Hamstrings & Myofascial Lines

A class targeting the hamstrings and sides of the body, which represent important, long lines in our anatomy. This session provides helpful cues to protect the hamstrings, one of the most used muscles in yoga, thus vulnerable to overuse. 

Agonist/Antagonist Hips & Back

A hip and back opening sequence, supported by conscious engagement of the glutes, abdomen and breath. This class facilitates awareness around the agonist and antagonist muscle groups that, when working in harmony, help us to achieve greater depth in poses and practice more safely. 

Balance & Stability

A challenging sequence that combines standing balance poses as well as inversion preparations, meant to build stability, strengthen the base of support, and facilitate intense focus. These balance poses help drop us fully into our bodies and clear our minds due to the deep concentration required. 

Mobility & Twists

A mindful flow that explores full body joint mobility, twists and optional binds. These movements bring awareness to the range of motion at each joint in several directions as well as the individuality expressed through twists and binds, thanks to our beautifully-unique proportions and mobility. 

Power Vinyasa

A traditional vinyasa sequence that involves longer holds in strengthening poses and with the added bonus of optional levels to explore in a handful of poses and variations. 

Slow Vinyasa

A calming flow that offers full body engagement followed by full body relaxation. It introduces a different way of flowing through poses: less dynamically, more statically, yet requiring equal effort. It ends with a short series of restorative poses that deepen sensations of calm and surrender.
